International Property Awards – two categories & one 5* award
We were honoured to win across two categories at the International Property Awards – ‘Apartment Development of the Year’ and ‘Best Residential Development with 20+ Units’ (we were also awarded the prestigious 5* award for the latter). One Port Street was recognised for its exceptional design, contribution to the local community, and unrivalled amenities including a swimming pool, luxury rooftop terrace, speakeasy for resident hire, and grand lobby centred around a 360° firepit.
Prolific North Marketing Awards
The third was a marketing award – ‘Best Property & Construction Campaign’ for One Port Street’s launch campaign at the Prolific North Marketing Awards, in partnership with our digital agency, Clicky. Finally, we are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the I Love Manchester Awards for the category of ‘Most Loved Property Developer’ – results will be announced late November.
