Our investor services team are always on hand to support you through your investment journey, guiding you through contracts, payment plans, construction updates and mortgage recommendations.
Once your property is complete, our in-house rental management company, Select Residential, can take care of everything from finding a tenant to maintaining your property.
4. Exit strategy & beyond
Our in-house brokerage can manage exit strategy on your behalf if you decide to sell your property, offering peace of mind from day one. Most investors who exit choose to reinvest with us.
