Select Residential aims to create seamless and transparent rental management for Select Property investors. It creates a unique property management and tenant services offering to simplify residential and investor experiences. The services will be provided by a team experienced in designing, developing and operating the residences they represent.
Investors will benefit from Select Residential taking responsibility for finding and vetting tenants, completing contracts and handing over keys, rent collection, resident move-ins or move-outs, and supporting tenants’ queries and maintenance needs. The business’ in-house brokerage will also manage investors exit strategies at the time of re-sale to ensure a smooth transition.
Select Residential provides investors with a fully rounded end-to-end experience without the additional layer of administration that comes with finding, appointing and managing a third party lettings agent.

Select Property is also building a new flagship Manchester residence One Port Street, which aims to set a new standard in luxury city living in the Northern Quarter. The development has sold to investors in record time for the business, becoming 90% sold in the space of a year.
