Select Property is pleased to annouce it has appointed Imogen Tudor as Sales Manager, based in Birmingham, as we continue to invest and grow our presence in this leading UK city for property investment.

Imogen will help lead the sales of Edition Birmingham in the city, a landmark residential scheme in Birmingham city centre that is being brought to market via a strategic partnership between Select Property and Sphere Group, formerly Court Collaboration. Edition, which is ideally located by Centenary Square in the heart of the city, comprises 581 luxury apartments across two towers of 46 and 15 storeys.

Imogen Tudor will also support the launch of Affinity Living Lancaster Wharf, a new residential development from our resident-centric Affinity Living brand. The scheme is its first in Birmingham following the success of four developments in Manchester which focus on creating a resident community through events and communal spaces.

Imogen, who has seven years’ experience in property sales, joins from Knight Frank, where she spent almost four years in sales roles.

She said: “I’m joining Select Property at the perfect time. Edition Birmingham is a stunning development and there’s nothing else like it in the city. I’m thrilled to be part of the team that’s bringing it to market as well as utilising my experience with Lancaster Wharf, Affinity Living’s first development in Birmingham.

“I’ve been based in the city centre for much of my career so far and now is an exciting time, with major regeneration and investment underway, most notably with Paradise, next to Edition Birmingham. Birmingham has one of Europe’s fastest growing populations and that reflects the fact it’s an outstanding city to live, work and invest in.”

Judy Halliwell, UK Sales Director at Select Property, added: “Imogen brings great experience to our team. Her genuine passion for the future of Birmingham is clear and she’s keen to be part of developments that will enhance the city’s offer to residents, workers and visitors. She’ll be playing an important role as we bring Edition Birmingham and Lancaster Wharf – two outstanding developments – to market.”

Select Property is in a strategic partnership with Sphere Group, the developer of Edition Birmingham. The partners expect phase one of the development to be completed in 2027.

Affinity Living’s Lancaster Wharf, off Lancaster Street, has 266 one- and two-bedroom apartments across 23 storeys. Completion is expected later this year.
